Ross is a passionate nature advocate who has over 30 years experience in Investment Markets, Broadcast Media, and Business Building. It's these experiences combined with his decade long work with the European Nature Trust and exposure to it's partner NGO projects throughout the world, that's lead him to Gleann Mor Natural Capital and a mission to help develop a 'Nature First' Economic Model. Dr Stephanie Wray
Steph has worked in ecological and biodiversity consultancy for over 28 years and is passionate about the potential for businesses to be a force for good. She has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of both nature and business, and the opportunities which arise from putting sustainability at the heart of an organisation Previous roles include; Director & CSO RSK Group Director Nature Positive President of Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management Track record of senior roles in National Grid, Environmental Resources Management, Stantec and RSK Biocensus. Steph is also Non Executive Chair Mammal Society

Phillipa Forrester
Phillipa is a rewilding and ecology consultant, author and broadcaster, sustainability campaigner and keynote speaker. A passionate environmentalist, she wrote the sensational 'Wild Woman' book, spotlighting the unsung, female heroes of conservation and when living near Yellowstone National Park authored ‘On the Trail of Wolves’, a story of reintroduction and our complex human relationship with the wild. With a 1st class Honours in Ecology and Conservation she designs workshops around the environment for a broad range of clients and as a Trustee of The European Nature Trust, leverages her vast media experience to extend nature’s reach through impactful grant making, filmmaking and storytelling. She hosts the Conscious podcast and her extensive list of broadcast credits include the BBC’s Great British Wildlife Revival, My Halcyon River, Harvest, World on the Move and Tomorrow’s World.

Dr Tim Hounsome
Tim has over 28 years experience in Ecological and Biodiversity Management, building what is now RSK Biocensus from a one man operation into the largest network of ecologists in the UK. In addition to being the Founder of Biocensus, he also successfully co-founded Nature Positive and RSK Wilding. Tim brings huge experience of working with national & multinational clients including a particularly deep involvement in the Energy, Infrastructure and Housing sectors. Fmr Governing Board Member of Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) Council Member Mammal Society UK Government’s All Party Parliamentary Group on Nature.
